The Good Life :)

Yeah Yeah..punched in to the gym a.k.a Good Life. Busy but essential to get er done. Not posting stats as now that I have the Garmin, Garmin Connect and Strava...the polar data looks just....lame.

Hour of cardio..some patio workout sets of biceps, triceps, shoulders, and abs. Looking forward to a post work ride with the F-bomb
