Like eating your vegetables

My oldest decided to wake up at 4 am this morning...an hour before my alarm to get an early morning ride in. Still got out and managed 75 k. Stats aren't impressive as it was purely an aerobic spin. Here are the stats regardless:

Thinking about trialing some "Boost" to get the gut acclimatized...heard positive testimonials...
