9 am group ride with Tommy H, Fil, Chris F and Ambassador Rob S. We essentially rolled at a great pace throughout. Fil faded near the end due to a reported case of food poisoning from Friday. Wife and Kids are back and house is back to it's usual disaster and I'm pretty tired from the morning ride. Countdown begins to Whistler. T-minus 19 days..
